What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Pairwise Product Owner to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our governance tool, which simplifies complex choices for DAO communities. Your work will be central to our mission, and you will be expected to handle the following core responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Pairwise, guiding the project from initial conception through to a wide public release.
• Bridge the gap between product requirements and user needs by utilizing research-driven discovery to validate assumptions and deliver an intuitive experience.
• Monitor project budgets, manage stakeholder communications, and collaborate across design, development, and marketing teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in product management, ideally with a background in gamification. We value candidates who possess a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technologies, and modern user experience design. You must be fluent in English and comfortable working in a global, distributed environment where clear communication and the ability to provide or receive constructive feedback are essential. We are looking for someone who is organized, empathetic, and truly curious about the potential of open-source development and decentralized governance.
