We are looking for a Paid Search Strategist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Jane, we are dedicated to supporting the healthcare community by simplifying the daily lives of practitioners and their patients through our digital-first practice management software. Our platform helps physiotherapists, mental health counsellors, and other allied health professionals manage everything from online booking and scheduling to secure billing and telehealth. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our search engine marketing channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft, to drive growth and expand our presence in new markets.
- Design, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns while performing rigorous quality control, brand safety checks, and detailed performance analysis.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and refine high-converting landing pages using tools like Unbounce to improve our acquisition funnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in performance marketing and a passion for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing SEM campaigns with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau, along with a basic understanding of SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for leadership.
- A resourceful, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and a solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics like CAC and LTV.
What we offer
We are committed to transparent and fair compensation. The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $132,000, with a typical starting salary of $100,500 for candidates who are fully accomplished in the role.
