The opportunity
We are searching for a Lead Paid Media Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital advertising efforts. You will take ownership of our paid media strategy, ensuring that every dollar spent is optimized to drive measurable business results. By connecting our marketing efforts directly to revenue, you will help us lower our cost per lead and maximize our return on ad spend. You will be a vital part of our mission to be the best home service company in America, helping us grow while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
A day in the life
- You will plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and Meta, ensuring all activity aligns with our revenue targets.
- You will dive deep into performance data to optimize campaigns, focusing on keyword expansion, strategic bidding, and audience targeting to improve cost efficiency.
- You will lead our marketing attribution efforts, tracking the customer journey from the initial click all the way to job completion to provide clear insights into our business impact.
Who you are
You are an analytical thinker who loves turning complex data into actionable strategies. You have a proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends and possess the technical expertise to bridge the gap between marketing clicks and actual revenue. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 4 years of experience managing monthly paid media budgets of $50,000 or more across multiple advertising platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, along with experience using marketing automation tools to connect ad data to business systems.
- A deep understanding of full-funnel attribution, including how to measure conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and lead quality.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, allowing you to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site at our location.
