The opportunity
We are seeking a Paid Media & Performance Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our digital acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our search, social, and display efforts, working closely with our leadership, creative, and engineering teams to scale our growth. You will step into a pivotal position where you can shape how we reach our guests, optimize our funnel, and explore entirely new channels. This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into the technical details of campaign management as they are analyzing data to uncover the next big opportunity for our brand.
A day in the life
- You will manage the day-to-day execution of our Google and Meta ad accounts, focusing on bid management, audience testing, and creative asset implementation to hit our revenue targets.
- You will design and run methodical A/B tests and CRO experiments to continuously improve our acquisition funnel and guest conversion rates.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align our paid media initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring that our tracking and analytics integrations are seamless and data-driven.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least four years of experience scaling paid digital strategies, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors. You possess a deep, hands-on understanding of Google and Meta ad platforms and are comfortable working with complex data sets to drive your decisions. You are customer-obsessed, resourceful, and eager to challenge assumptions to find more efficient ways to grow. Because our team operates on Pacific Time, you are ready to align your schedule to ensure seamless collaboration. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you are fluent in English.
