About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will be the primary lead for our Performance Max and Google Shopping campaigns. You will act as a bridge between our marketing and merchandising teams, using your deep expertise in product feed management to identify new growth opportunities and optimize our advertising strategy to reach more users effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily execution, bidding, and optimization of shopping and Performance Max campaigns across platforms like Google and Microsoft.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product feed strategy, including creating custom labels and categorization logic to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as data, engineering, and merchandising, to ensure our tracking and ROI reporting are robust while educating the wider marketing team on feed optimization best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on hands-on management of Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, along with a deep understanding of how product feed structure impacts overall marketing strategy.
- An analytical mindset with a proven ability to scale marketing spend while maintaining a positive return on investment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly to various stakeholders.
Location
This position is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $93,000 - 108,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
