Paid Marketing Lead at Hallow

Our mission is to combine the beauty of Catholic spirituality with world-class product execution. As a fast-moving startup, we take big risks and value the impact each individual brings to our mission. We are currently seeking a dedicated Paid Marketing Lead to spearhead our operations in Poland.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate closely with our Head of International and the Poland General Manager to align our brand and paid acquisition strategies.
• Optimize and scale our presence on Paid Social platforms, specifically focusing on Facebook and TikTok.
• Lead our Google and Apple Search efforts to improve efficiency and drive growth through new testing frameworks.
• Oversee the creative pipeline, including influencer-created content and user-generated assets, to address user needs across our channels.
• Manage and expand our reach through programmatic DSPs, Google Ads, and emerging display platforms like OTT and CTV.
• Explore and test new acquisition channels to diversify our growth strategies.

Requirements

• A deep passion for our mission and a desire to help others grow closer to God.
• Full professional fluency in both Polish and English, as you will need to communicate and negotiate effectively in both languages.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and executing paid media campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the grit to maintain high-quality standards in a competitive market.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience with influencer marketing or managing partnerships.
• Established connections or experience working with the Catholic Church within the region.

Compensation

This is a part-time, contract position offering the benefit of remote work. You will have the flexibility to work from the EU, though the role requires availability during late afternoon or early evening hours to ensure sufficient overlap with the U.S. Central Time Zone.
