The role

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Strategist to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in Colombia. This is a mid-level position suited for a professional with 2 to 3 years of digital marketing experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing media campaigns, acting as a strategic partner to our clients while driving performance through expert platform management.

Core responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of performance marketing execution across native platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing Ads, while managing client budgets and optimizing campaigns to meet business goals.
  • Lead strategic communication by providing weekly progress recaps, sharing performance insights, and offering proactive recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
  • Utilize data to tell compelling stories through performance reporting, ensuring that key stakeholders understand campaign results and the necessary next steps for continued growth.

Skills and experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Direct Response marketing, specifically within E-Commerce, Lead Generation, or B2B sectors.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads for direct response campaigns and Search Engine Marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office suites.
  • A deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and how paid media fits into the broader customer journey.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and benefits

This is a part-time position requiring up to 25 hours per week. We offer an hourly pay structure for this role.
