The role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Ads Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position where you will take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. We need a growth-minded expert who can scale our presence across key channels and help us build a significant engine for our future expansion.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy across Google, Instagram, and TikTok to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to iterate on high-performing ad content while maintaining a sharp focus on ROAS.
- Scale our paid efforts by testing new channels and formats, eventually managing monthly budgets exceeding £100k.
Skills and experience
You should be an ambitious problem-solver who is passionate about internet culture and the future of retail. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing.
- Proven ability to scale advertising budgets from zero to $50k per month while maintaining efficient payback periods.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Instagram, and TikTok, including a strong grasp of campaign optimization and attribution.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across product, data, and engineering teams.
- A keen eye for creative content that resonates with modern audiences.
