Your Mission 🫵

As a Paid Ads Lead at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth, predominantly through paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok.

This role demands a strong background in performance marketing, experience managing diverse businesses and budgets, and a results-driven mindset.

You’ll have the opportunity to launch, optimise, and scale campaigns, owning what we envision as a significant growth engine for Tilt.

What You'll Do 👷

Responsibilities (0-3 months):

  • Develop an acquisition strategy for Google. Instagram and TikTok (Italy, Spain)

  • Analyze competitor strategies and integrate insights into campaigns

  • Improve ad ROAS

  • Recommend content iterations based on TikTok, Instagram and Google best practices

  • Collaborate with creatives to refine and iterate on high-performing ads

  • Reporting ownership

Responsibilities (3+ months):

  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and scale spend beyond £100k/month

  • Test new channels and ad formats to diversify acquisition efforts

  • Make product recommendations to support paid acquisition efforts

  • Support organic Google, Instagram and TikTok efforts

  • Develop in-house influencer marketing function

  • Maintain an agile approach to competitor and market trends

  • Build or manage external resources to support growth

Requirements 📋

You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver who is excited to build the future of shopping.

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience scaling budgets from 0-$50k pm, with efficient payback periods

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, data, product, and engineering

  • A good eye for creatives, with the ability to discern content that speaks to users

  • Strong knowledge of tools, running effective campaigns, key metrics and attribution methodologies

  • You have an interest in fashion or internet culture, and can stay relevant
