We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will help us grow our business by connecting with residential and commercial clients to provide expert lawn care solutions. Our company specializes in delivering high-quality turf treatments, and you will play a vital part in expanding our reach while maintaining the strong relationships that define our reputation. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility as you manage your territory across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach to hit your monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional in-person consultations to evaluate lawn health and recommend the best chemical treatment plans for each property.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that every customer receives excellent service and a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for individuals who are eager to learn and ready to build rapport with our clients. We value the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, though a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is a plus.
- At least one year of prior experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to quickly master our CRM software for data management.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical agronomic concepts in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to solve problems on the go.
What we offer
We provide a competitive annual salary range of $35,000 to $45,000. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy the benefit of a hybrid work schedule that balances your time in the field with your administrative tasks.
