What you bring

As a Junior Outside Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our growth by connecting with homeowners and sharing the value of our services. This is a Full Time, hybrid position based in the United States. You will utilize your skills in sales, communication, and management to drive results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing both inside and outside sales, including door-knocking and community outreach to identify new opportunities.
• Accurately measuring properties and providing professional price estimates to potential customers.
• Developing and delivering effective sales pitches that build lasting customer relationships and showcase our various lawn and pest control programs.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us. You do not need prior experience in turf care, as we provide comprehensive training to the right people. You must possess a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid driver's license with a clean three-year driving record. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong self-management, and a detail-oriented mindset. Additionally, all candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and background check to join our team.
