We are currently looking for a talented, home-based independent contractor located in the LATAM region to join our team as an Outbound Specialist. What you'll be doing

• You will proactively reach out to potential organizers through cold calls and emails to introduce them to our marketplace.
• You will focus on generating new business relationships and guiding organizers through the process of setting up their accounts.
• You will be responsible for meeting monthly targets while ensuring that new organizers are successfully onboarded and ready to publish their first listings.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales, business development, or marketing. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and motivated graduates. You will need the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine talent for building professional relationships.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
• The ability to work independently with high attention to detail while managing large tasks.
• A reliable remote working environment with a stable internet connection.
• Legal status as an independent contractor in your country of residence, which is a requirement for this role.

Bonus points if you have previous experience in the tourism industry or are highly comfortable using various online collaboration tools like Skype and Google Workspace.
