• Develop and execute the outbound sales strategy for your specific vertical.
• Convert prospects into active clients to meet or exceed a 3x return on investment within your first six months.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and reporting within our CRM.
• Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success, to align our processes, commercials, and support materials with the needs of your target vertical.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in outbound sales or business development within one of our target verticals.
• Practical, hands-on industry experience within your chosen vertical, such as previous roles in aviation, e-commerce, or gaming.
• An established professional network and a proven history of securing high-value accounts.
• A self-starting, energetic approach to outbound sales with a focus on disciplined execution.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to manage complex, structured sales funnels.
• A performance-driven mindset with a clear sense of accountability for revenue growth.
