About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Lead to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this pivotal role, you will lead our People team efforts to evolve the systems, programs, and resources that foster a fulfilling workplace for every Hinge employee. You will design and implement innovative talent management strategies and learning initiatives that align directly with our core organizational values and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify organizational opportunities, while designing and delivering impactful learning programs that cover leadership development, team building, and essential power skills.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to oversee our performance management processes, ensuring we effectively identify high performers and drive continuous improvement through constructive feedback.
- Partner with senior leadership to spearhead culture transformation and change management efforts, ensuring that all talent initiatives support our broader business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive experience within People and HR functions, with a specific focus on talent management and learning.
- A proven track record of developing and facilitating successful learning and talent strategies within complex, international organizations.
- A valid coaching certification and prior experience managing leadership development programs from start to finish.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and people analytics, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A deep-seated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

This position is based in New York City.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 per year. Please note that factors such as your specific work experience, education, skills, and market considerations may influence the final base pay offered. Beyond your salary, you will have access to several benefits, including:
