The role
We are seeking a junior-level Orders, Deliveries & Inventory Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that serves as a vital link between our inventory planning team and our retail locations. You will be responsible for managing shop orders, supporting inventory processes, and ensuring that our stores have exactly what they need to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about supporting retail teams through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers to provide ongoing support, training, and clear communication regarding inventory needs.
- Monitor the flow of products from our distribution centers to retail stores, identifying any fulfillment gaps and working to resolve them quickly.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and carrier representatives to ensure timely delivery of orders and to recommend improvements to our transportation performance.
Skills and experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent phone manner.
- Proficiency in Excel and a natural ability to analyze data and embrace new technology.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered a significant asset.
- A solid understanding of inventory management principles and a desire to grow within our company culture.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
