As a partner to property managers, we provide a unique service that boosts their profitability while making the move-in experience seamless for tenants. Our team of over 40 talented individuals is based in Austin, Texas, but we operate as a distributed, collaborative group dedicated to building the future of the rental industry.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Order Placer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is the heartbeat of our operation, as you will be the primary point of contact for renters navigating their utility setups. You will help verify orders, explain various service options, and ensure that every tenant gets settled into their new home without a hitch. This position begins with a three-month trial period, after which you will transition into a month-to-month role with an increase in pay. You will work remotely from Mexico or any location within two hours of the US Central Time Zone, helping us scale our impact in the real estate market.

A day in the life

• Inside Sales and Support: You will guide renters through their utility choices, helping them select and place orders while maintaining clear communication via phone, text, and email.
• Proactive Follow-up: You will make outgoing calls to renters and utility providers to ensure that every order is completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborative Assistance: As you master your primary tasks, you will also support our growing team and clients with additional projects that keep our operations running smoothly.

Who you are

You are a highly organized and empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Because you will be working with renters across different time zones, you must be fluent in English and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. We value people who are tech-savvy, quick on their feet, and naturally driven to meet goals. You should be comfortable with a full-time schedule that includes some weekend availability and be ready to travel once a year for our company kickoff event.
