What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Operations Territory Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the Philippines where you will oversee our three core operational units, which include business management, maintenance, and services. You will be the primary leader responsible for ensuring that our regional operations align with our broader company strategy while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
- You will lead the regional operations by formulating and executing strategic plans that meet our annual objectives and improve overall service delivery.
- You will manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure, which includes defining the scope, coordinating necessary resources, and ensuring all deliverables meet our high-quality construction and service standards.
- You will foster team growth by monitoring staff performance and facilitating training and development programs to ensure everyone follows our safety standards and operational best practices.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in operations management and project management. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and capable of coordinating across different departments, such as finance, human resources, and sales, to keep our projects on track. You should be comfortable handling technical documentation like Bills of Quantity and ensuring that all work strictly adheres to our Quality Standards Manual. Proficiency in English is required for this role, as you will be communicating with various stakeholders, clients, and team members daily.
