Operations Support Specialist at Torch Technology

Our team is composed of professionals with backgrounds from companies like Dropbox, Datadog, and Blackstone, all working together to modernize a $100 billion industry. We are currently looking for a dedicated Operations Support Specialist to join our remote team and help us continue to streamline the ordering process for dental practices and beyond.

Key outcomes

• Manage the end-to-end order placement process by coordinating closely with our internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Use our proprietary software tools to handle essential post-order tasks, such as processing payments, managing returns, and collecting invoices.
• Work across different departments to support marketplace operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure that all tasks meet our high standards for quality and adhere to established service level agreements and performance goals.

Requirements

• You possess a strong work ethic and an exceptional eye for detail.
• You maintain a positive, proactive mindset and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a collaborative team player who is genuinely interested in software and technology.
• You are located in either the East Coast or Central Time Zones, as the required working hours for this position are 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a support specialist role is considered a plus.
• Background knowledge of the dental industry or experience working with digital ordering platforms is highly advantageous.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually. In addition to your salary, you will have access to a variety of benefits, including remote work flexibility and commuter benefits.
