What you bring

As a senior member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our global organization. This position is hybrid and available to candidates anywhere. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and solving operational inefficiencies by scaling and automating workflows across various departments.
• Managing cross-functional projects that require close coordination with teams like underwriting, product, engineering, sales, and legal.
• Utilizing SQL, data analytics, and Python to define problems, derive actionable insights, and measure success through key performance indicators.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive problem solver with 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. You should be a first-principle thinker who is comfortable simplifying complex organizational issues. Proficiency in SQL is a must, and experience with workflow automation tools like Jira or Hubspot is essential. Knowledge of Python is considered a strong plus. We value candidates who are commercially minded, quantitative, and capable of translating data into clear action plans. You must be fluent in English to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
