The opportunity
We are looking for a senior Operations Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a bridge across our organization, ensuring that our internal processes are as efficient as our technology. You will work closely with our co-founders and senior executive team to streamline operations, manage our OKR framework, and drive the strategic initiatives that keep our mission moving forward. This is a high-impact position where your ability to analyze data and coordinate complex projects will directly influence how we scale and grow.
A day in the life
- You will take full ownership of our OKR framework, designing and coordinating the process to ensure our goals remain clear and achievable across all departments.
- You will serve as a central point of contact for our leadership, planning and facilitating board meetings, team all-hands, and offsites to keep our global team aligned.
- You will conduct deep-dive data analysis to track operational metrics, providing the insights our executives need to make informed, high-stakes decisions.
Who you are
You are a proactive professional with a background in business management, operations, or management consultancy. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a startup setting.
- Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple complex initiatives at once.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, and finance.
- A genuine interest in or prior experience with blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem.
