The role

We are hiring a senior Operations and Services Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this position you will oversee one to four tertiary office sites, serving as the primary representative of client interests while also contributing to company-wide pre-operational planning and contractual oversight.

Core responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and service delivery at assigned sites, coordinating integrated teams and ensuring performance standards are met.
• Manage all contractual matters, including analysis, drafting, and amendment of client, supplier, and subcontractor agreements, as well as preparation of site-specific contract riders.
• Produce regular performance reports and support commercial activities by contributing operational insight to tender responses.

Skills and experience

You bring senior-level experience in facilities or operations management within the commercial real estate sector. Strong contract management capabilities and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders-asset managers, property managers, maintenance providers, and general services teams-are essential. You communicate fluently in both French and English and are comfortable producing clear written reports and contractual documents in either language.
