The role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Administrator to join us as a contractor. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the world. You will serve as the primary operations leader for our 8 person team, acting as a versatile professional who can navigate diverse challenges and help us scale our internal systems.

Core responsibilities

• Build and optimize the operational foundation of the organization, covering areas such as human resources, finance, legal, and business development.
• Manage administrative workflows, including the creation of standard operating procedures, document organization, and the maintenance of essential records.
• Oversee key functional tasks such as processing payments, assisting with bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, coordinating human resources pipelines, and engaging with our community on social platforms.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment. We value candidates who are motivated to create structure where it is currently lacking. Key qualifications include:

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online for financial and accounting tasks.
• A broad skill set spanning operations, human resources, finance, legal, social marketing, and business development.
• The ability to thrive as a self starter who manages their own time effectively.
• A creative approach to problem solving and a passion for building systems.
