We are now looking for a dedicated Operations & Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong and help us drive our regional success.

The opportunity

This is a part-time, on-site contractor role designed for a self-starter who thrives on variety. You will serve as the heartbeat of our Hong Kong operations, acting as the primary bridge between our local clients and our global team. By managing daily workflows and seeking out new growth opportunities, you will play a vital role in expanding our footprint while ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

A day in the life

• You will manage existing client relationships by providing consistent support, answering inquiries, and ensuring that our partners feel valued and heard.
• You will actively pursue business development by identifying new locations, conducting professional sales presentations, and growing our client base across the region.
• You will oversee the technical and logistical side of our operations, which includes conducting site surveys, coordinating with local vendors like electricians or landlords, and managing administrative tasks to keep our records and reports accurate.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional who is comfortable working independently and navigating a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following to the table:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within sales, operations, or account management.
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese, allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse network of partners.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to handle your daily reporting and administrative duties.
• A valid Hong Kong driver's license to facilitate your on-site visits.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours, typically ending between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. HKT, to ensure you can collaborate with our US-based team during their morning hours.
