Open Text OCR Consultant at Tech Tammina

The role

We are looking for a Senior Open Text OCR Consultant to join us for a 12 month contract. This is an on-site position that requires you to be available to work in South America or Asia. Because this role involves international travel, you must possess a valid passport to be considered for the assignment.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement robust vendor invoice management solutions, with a specific focus on Open Text platforms.
• Train OCR systems to accurately recognize and extract key data fields from various invoice formats.
• Manage and monitor invoice exceptions while ensuring all processes align with local legal and tax requirements.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of invoice interfaces and the ability to integrate these systems with Ariba for supplier status portals. You must possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing invoice status portals.
• Strong technical knowledge of the SAP FI module and the end to end AP process.
• Expertise in local invoicing requirements, including mandatory fields, archiving standards, and submission protocols.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in OCR technology and its application within invoice management.
