At Swiftly, we are dedicated to helping cities move more efficiently through our leading transit data platform. We provide agencies with the tools to share real-time passenger information, manage daily operations, and boost service performance. Today, over 150 transit agencies across 8 countries, including major partners like LA Metro, MARTA, SEPTA, and MBTA, rely on our technology to improve on-time performance by up to 40% and increase the accuracy of passenger information by up to 50%. We are looking for talented individuals who want to join our mission to improve transit reliability and sustainability.
What is this role?
We are currently accepting open applications for Senior level talent to join our team on a Full Time basis. Because we are growing quickly, we want to hear from experienced professionals who are interested in our mission, even if we do not have a specific job title posted at this moment. This is a remote position, and we are happy to consider candidates located anywhere in the U.S. or in the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia, Canada.
What will you do?
- Collaborate within empowered product teams to conceptualize, prototype, and build new features that solve real-world transit problems.
- Develop scalable software solutions while adhering to industry best practices to ensure our tools remain reliable for transit agencies.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing, participating in blameless postmortems and providing constructive feedback to help your teammates grow.
