The role

We are looking for a Senior Online Marketer to join our energetic marketing team of over 20 professionals at our office in the Netherlands. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced expert who is ready to take ownership of our digital strategy. You will serve as a central figure in our marketing efforts, working alongside two direct colleagues and collaborating with external agencies to ensure our campaigns are both creative and analytically sound.

Core responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta to ensure maximum performance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights by building dashboards in Looker Studio and performing deep-dive analyses using BigQuery.
• Provide strategic advice on campaign structures, including full-funnel marketing, lead generation, and recruitment initiatives, while coordinating with external partners.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive professional who thrives on optimization and growth. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in online marketing with a strong focus on data and performance.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and feed-based advertising.
• Proven technical proficiency with Looker Studio, GA4, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with DXP platforms and tooling is considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
