What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Online Facilitator to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this partnership between the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford and Boundless Learning, you will serve as a guide for working professionals enrolled in our specialized development courses. This is a high-level position designed for experts who are ready to support students in fields like cyber security, economics, and public policy.

What will you do?

• Provide consistent engagement and constructive feedback to students within our virtual learning environment.
• Lead live sessions and facilitate active discussions in forums to ensure a high level of learner satisfaction.
• Apply your deep knowledge of sustainability and its connection to business to mentor professionals as they advance in their careers.

• You hold a doctorate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as cyber security, public policy, political philosophy, or economics.
• You possess at least 5 years of senior-level professional experience specifically in sustainability, the environment, or climate sectors.
• You have a proven history of teaching or supporting adult learners in professional or higher education settings.
• You have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable using digital tools to host live sessions.
• You are tech-savvy and can adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
