At Gallagher Europe, we are the European market leader in animal and land management solutions. From our headquarters in Groningen, our team of over 120 professionals works to provide innovative products like electric fencing, weighing systems, and specialized workwear to customers across the continent through a network of more than 6,000 dealers. We are currently looking for a Senior Online Advertising Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. If you are analytical, commercially driven, and passionate about optimizing campaigns to grow our brand and digital revenue, we would love to meet you.
Key outcomes
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
- Create advertising strategies that support both brand authority and e-commerce traffic goals.
- Utilize remarketing, display advertising, and emerging AI technologies to reach our target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance through data analysis to ensure budget efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with our e-commerce, content, and international marketing teams to improve processes and agency partnerships.
Requirements
- HBO+ level of education with at least 3 years of professional experience in online advertising, specifically SEA and social media.
- Proven track record managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and shopping feeds.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and a focus on measurable results.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- A keen interest in the latest AI developments within the advertising industry.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking is highly valued.
Compensation
The salary for this position is 55,000 EUR per year. In addition to your salary, we offer a competitive benefits package, which includes a 401k retirement plan and paid time off.
