We are looking for a Senior OneTrust Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Mexico. You will play a vital role in managing our data privacy initiatives, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of global compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Configure and tailor the OneTrust platform to align with our specific organizational needs.
- Design and execute comprehensive strategies for data privacy, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and promote a strong culture of privacy awareness.
- Manage the full data lifecycle, including data governance and the enforcement of retention policies.
- Track updates in international data protection laws and adjust our internal policies accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on compliance metrics and potential risks to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with our legal, IT, and business departments to embed privacy into our core operations.
- Drive the implementation of new features and updates within the OneTrust environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure their practices meet our privacy standards.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data privacy or OneTrust administration.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Deep technical expertise in OneTrust administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and CCPA regulations.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
