About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our customer-facing team, building lasting partnerships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the oncology space. You will be responsible for driving the appropriate use of our products while maintaining the highest standards of clinical and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and account profiles that drive the appropriate use of LOQTORZI across all indicated patient populations.
- Cultivate and maintain sustained, high-level relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff within oncology practices.
- Utilize your expertise in reimbursement, contracting, and finance to navigate complex buy and bill processes for injectable medications.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven sales success within the oncology marketplace, ideally including experience with hospital, academic, and community oncology settings.
- Strong financial acumen, specifically regarding buy and bill models, reimbursement, and oncology product distribution.
- A deep understanding of cancer staging, clinical guidelines, and checkpoint inhibitors.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Location
This position is field-based and located in Houston, TX, with an expectation of up to 50% travel for in-person visits, conferences, and regional meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. We determine final compensation based on a variety of factors, including your specific professional background and relevant work experience.
