Office Manager at MUBI

MUBI is a global streaming service, film distributor, and production company committed to elevating great cinema. We curate and champion visionary films for audiences worldwide, supported by a passionate international team working across locations like London, New York, Paris, and Berlin. We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Berlin and ensure our office remains a peaceful, productive, and welcoming environment for our staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our Berlin office, including managing deliveries, coordinating repairs, and keeping the space organized.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility vendors such as cleaning and security services.
• Assist our teams and managers with travel logistics and planning.
• Provide basic IT support, including managing our device platform.
• Lead the onboarding process to ensure new team members feel welcome and supported.
• Coordinate internal events, conferences, and off-site activities.
• Maintain accurate company records and organize digital archives within Google Drive and Dropbox.

Must-haves

• Prior experience working as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, independent work style and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A genuine desire to streamline processes and improve efficiency for the wider team.
