At FINN, we are transforming the automotive industry with our independent platform for car subscriptions across more than 30 brands. Founded in Munich in 2019, we provide a seamless, all-inclusive service that handles everything from insurance and maintenance to registration, while offsetting the carbon footprint of every vehicle. We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our Culture and Community team in Germany to help us elevate our office experience and foster a vibrant, welcoming community for our team.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the office experience for our team, including supply management, facility upkeep, and the coordination of operational processes like mail handling.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and negotiate favorable agreements to ensure our office runs smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to improve our office management by implementing new processes, driving projects, and automating manual tasks.
- Cultivate a positive office culture by organizing special events and maintaining a productive, collaborative environment that encourages team members to work on-site.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.
Must-haves
- A completed vocational training in office management or hospitality, or a comparable degree in a business-related field.
- One to two years of professional experience in office management, the hospitality industry, or as a commercial assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clarity and focus on multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
