Hands-On Healthcare Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Occupational Therapist
We are currently partnering with a prominent healthcare organization to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a permanent, full-time position based in West Sussex and Milton Keynes. Our client has served the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong reputation for providing specialized care for individuals with brain injuries, learning disabilities, and autism across both adult and pediatric populations.
Key outcomes
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve therapeutic outcomes for our clients.
- Provide expert client management by tailoring care approaches to individual needs.
- Facilitate learning opportunities for patients to help them achieve greater independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Requirements
- You must possess senior-level experience in occupational therapy.
- You are required to be fluent in English.
- You should demonstrate a deep understanding of learning disabilities, brain injuries, and autism.
- You must be prepared to work in an on-site capacity within the specified regions.
