Are you ready to help us shape the future of financial empowerment? At Ouro, we are a global, vertically-integrated financial services company that has been innovating since 1999. From our flagship Netspend products to our cross-border payment solutions, we serve millions of customers by providing secure and convenient access to the global economy. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in India and help us maintain the high standards of reliability our users expect.
What you bring
We are seeking a Mid-Level Observability Response and Reliability Technician to join us on a Full Time, on-site basis. You will play a vital role in our engineering and technology operations by ensuring our processing environment remains stable and efficient. Your daily work will involve leveraging tools like Linux, Terraform, AWS, Splunk, and Dynatrace to maintain our infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing software deployments and component installations while maintaining robust monitoring across our 24/7 production environment.
- Providing essential support for our processing systems and facilitating effective communication between internal and external team members.
- Utilizing infrastructure-as-code and configuration management platforms to execute both internal and external technical assignments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have between 2 and 7 years of experience and a strong grasp of both Linux and Windows environments. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with Shell Scripting, Network Security, and Web Servers. You must be detail-oriented and committed to following strict procedural guidelines for deployments and system patching. Proficiency in English is required, as you will need to document protocols and engage professionally during incident responses. We value candidates who have hands-on experience with configuration management, Terraform, and migrating applications from on-premises setups to AWS. A willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation is essential for this position.
What we offer
We are dedicated to providing a professional environment where you can grow your skills in financial technology and site reliability engineering. While we do not have specific salary information to share at this time, we offer the opportunity to work with a global team on high-impact projects that process billions of dollars in transaction volume. You will have the chance to:
- Work on critical migrations from on-premises infrastructure to AWS.
- Gain deep experience with enterprise-grade monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Participate in quarterly disaster recovery and high availability testing to sharpen your operational expertise.
How to Apply
If you are a proactive technician who thrives in complex technology environments, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our team and help us ensure the reliability and security of our global financial services platforms.
