The opportunity

We are seeking a Non-Financial Risk Manager to join our team in a mid-level capacity. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take ownership of our non-financial risk framework while working closely with the Head of Risk and senior leadership. You will play a vital role in our second line of defense, ensuring that our processes are robust, compliant, and effectively managed. It is an ideal position for a pragmatic thinker who enjoys both high-level policy development and hands-on operational work in an international banking environment.

A day in the life

• You will lead the coordination and execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessment cycles, ensuring that our data is accurate and our controls are effective.
• You will act as a primary owner of our GRC tool, managing risk taxonomy and control libraries while identifying opportunities to automate and improve our systems.
• You will serve as a trusted advisor to the first line of defense, providing guidance on incidents and outsourcing risks while fostering a strong culture of risk awareness across the organization.

Who you are

You are an experienced risk professional with 5 to 8 years of background in banking or financial services. You have a solid grasp of regulatory expectations and a passion for building processes from the ground up. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and you bring a pragmatic, hands-on mindset to every challenge. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and you thrive in diverse, multicultural settings where collaboration is key.
