Non-Clinical Coding and OASIS Review Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care

We are currently looking for a Non-Clinical Coding and OASIS Review Manager to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a prominent provider of home health services, we rely on our Medicare Case Management office to ensure our documentation meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates across the United States who are ready to support our service offices in achieving their business and clinical goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate OASIS documentation to ensure it remains accurate, congruent, and fully compliant with CMS guidelines and the Medicare PDGM billing model.
• Provide expert guidance and educational support to our Medicare Certified Offices regarding coding practices, billing issues, and documentation trends to help optimize revenue and patient care outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with clinical teams to share edit recommendations, discuss star ratings, and ensure all documentation is finalized and locked in a timely manner.

Requirements

• You must hold a current COS-C, HCS-O, or COQS certification alongside an HCS-D or BCHH-C home health care coding certification.
• At least one year of professional experience in medical coding and OASIS review.
• A strong grasp of CMS regulations, home care standards, and Medicare guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Successful completion of a coding assessment during the interview process.

What we offer
