What you bring
In this full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, you will bridge the gap between backend development and quality assurance. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in Node.js, Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD workflows to ensure our systems remain reliable and efficient. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining scalable backend APIs using Node.js.
- Designing and executing comprehensive test automation scripts with Playwright or Selenium.
- Managing CI/CD pipelines to streamline our testing and deployment processes.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience who possesses a strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript. You should be highly proficient in Node.js and have significant hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium. It is essential that you are comfortable working with testing libraries such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai. A solid grasp of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and version control via Git is required. We value candidates who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and fluent in English. If you have additional experience with Docker, AWS, or frontend automation, that is a major plus.
