Role at a glance

We are searching for a Senior Night Receptionist to join our front-of-house team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United Kingdom, where you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our luxury boutique hotel.

Your impact

• Serve as a primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a visible and helpful presence throughout the night to address all inquiries.
• Take ownership of the guest experience by proactively managing VIP arrivals and special occasion bookings to ensure every detail is perfect.
• Lead and motivate the reception team, keeping them fully informed and trained while fostering a collaborative environment that thrives under pressure.

What you'll need

To excel in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a passion for high-end hospitality. We are looking for the following qualities:

• Proven experience working in the front office of a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities paired with a commitment to exceptional customer care.
