Role at a glance

This is a full-time opportunity for a student or recent graduate to join our team as a software engineer, data scientist, or UX designer. We operate with a hybrid work model, meaning you will have the flexibility to balance your time between working remotely and collaborating in an office setting. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, and the Virgin Islands.

Your impact

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and cloud-ready applications that directly support our internal and external customers.
• Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies to continuously iterate, deploy, and maintain robust services.
• Collaborate closely with customers and support teams to identify needs and implement effective, data-driven solutions.

What you'll need

We are looking for curious, driven individuals who are passionate about solving complex problems. You should have a solid foundation in computer science, information systems, or UX design, typically demonstrated through a BS or MS degree. You should also possess the following:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, HTML, JavaScript, C#, or Go.
• A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and microservices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AWS and Agile environments is considered a significant plus.
• A portfolio of academic projects that showcase your ability to apply technology to real-world business challenges.
