What you bring
As a mid-level New Business Developer working on-site in Breda, you will be a vital part of our sales team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving our market presence through a strategic approach to lead generation and networking. Your role is full time, and your primary responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients through channels like social media, email, and phone outreach.
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of our job marketing platform while addressing specific client needs.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from drafting professional proposals to ensuring a smooth transition for new clients during the onboarding process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong commercial mindset and a results-oriented approach. We are looking for someone with at least an MBO or HBO education and a minimum of two years of experience in a commercial capacity, preferably within the labor market sector. You must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and fluency in both Dutch and English is essential. Because this is an on-site position based in Breda, you should live in the surrounding area and be prepared to travel occasionally for client meetings or events. Having prior experience with recruitment and job marketing is considered a significant advantage.
What we offer
We offer a competitive monthly salary between €36,000 and €48,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to your base salary, you will enjoy the following benefits:
