What you'll be doing

• You will oversee our Cisco infrastructure, including routers, Ethernet switches, SAN switches, and Call Manager applications.
• You will be responsible for managing our Palo Alto firewalls, which includes monitoring logs and resolving complex connectivity challenges.
• You will provide technical support for our voice and data environments, perform equipment upgrades, and coordinate with IT staff and end users to ensure seamless operations.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, ideally within a financial firm or a managed service provider environment.
• Deep expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, along with proven skills in VoIP, Cybersecurity, and general network troubleshooting.
• Experience working with telecommunications providers for circuit installations and issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively document processes and interface with both technical teams and end users.
• Bonus points if you have experience with AWS, Multi-Factor Authentication, or Cisco Identity Services Engine.

What you'll get
