What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level professional to join us in a full-time capacity. This role is remote, meaning you can contribute from anywhere. You will be an essential part of our team, focusing on technology, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and project management. Your daily contributions will include the following:

• Implementing and maintaining the enterprise network infrastructure that supports our global business operations.
• Troubleshooting complex network issues to ensure that our systems remain operational and efficient.
• Monitoring network performance and availability across all of our international locations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We value candidates who have a solid grasp of technology and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to manage projects effectively.
