Role at a glance
We are looking for a Network Engineer Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a manager-level position based on-site at our Bogotá office, where we believe that working together in person is the best way to drive the innovation and collaboration that defines our culture.
Your impact
- Design and scale our enterprise-grade network infrastructure to support our rapid global expansion while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Lead automation efforts by utilizing Python and Ansible to streamline network operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution by working closely with our engineering, IT, and security teams to build resilient, cloud-native solutions.
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing large-scale network environments, specifically those spanning hundreds of locations.
- Deep technical mastery of OSI layers 1 through 3 and a solid grasp of Layer 4 protocols like TCP and UDP.
- Strong proficiency in network automation using Python or Ansible.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly preferred.
- C1 English proficiency is mandatory for this role.
