The role

We are looking for a mid-level NetSuite Administrator to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. You will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our ERP system, ensuring that our internal processes remain efficient and our data stays accurate as we continue to grow.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our NetSuite ERP, which includes managing user roles, performing system maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, workflows, and records while configuring modules like Order to Cash and Financial Management to suit our business needs.
• Manage and support essential integrations with platforms such as Celigo and Pipe17 to ensure data flows seamlessly across our systems.

Skills and experience

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience working as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Technical proficiency in SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for building automations.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms like Celigo and Pipe17.
• A strong ability to collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to translate their requirements into functional system solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• A NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is considered a plus.
