We are currently partnering with a prominent organization in the health and wellness sector to support a major NetSuite implementation. As we approach our go-live date in six months, we are looking for a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to join our team on-site in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is essential to our operational success, as you will serve as the primary owner of our ERP and OMS systems while ensuring our team is fully trained and supported throughout this transition.
Key outcomes
- Act as the lead administrator for our ERP and OMS platforms, maintaining system uptime and data integrity.
- Manage and oversee various system integrations to ensure seamless data flow across our business units.
- Provide expert training to internal users to maximize the effectiveness of our NetSuite environment.
- Triage and resolve system issues, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive functional and regression testing, including User Acceptance Testing, for all new features.
- Collaborate with business units to communicate technical updates and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience working with NetSuite and related enterprise business systems.
- Strong background in inventory-focused industries, specifically with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce order lifecycle and order management automation in relation to accounting standards.
- Proven experience with wholesale system requirements, including EDI and 3PL integrations.
- Familiarity with iPaaS solutions such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs.
Compensation
The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $140,000 USD.
