The opportunity

As our new .NET Tech Lead you will shape how internal applications are built and maintained across the entire company. Rather than being assigned to a single project, you will set the technical direction, coach external developers, and make sure every solution follows the same high standards of quality and scalability. Reporting directly to the Head of Information Technology, you will translate strategic goals into reliable, well-documented code that serves the whole organization.

A day in the life

• Reviewing pull requests, guiding external developers through architectural decisions, and ensuring that every release meets our coding and security guidelines.
• Updating technical documentation, refining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and rolling out infrastructure-as-code improvements that make deployments faster and safer.
• Meeting with business stakeholders to understand upcoming needs, then translating those needs into clear technical plans while also handling occasional Level 3 support tickets that require deep system knowledge.

Who you are

You bring at least seven years of hands-on .NET development experience and feel equally at home designing serverless solutions in Azure. You have already led or mentored other developers, maintained living documentation, and introduced DevOps practices that teams actually use. Working with CosmosDB, MySQL, and MS SQL is second nature, and you understand how to manage the full lifecycle of internal APIs while keeping security front of mind. Clear communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy explaining complex topics in simple terms. Fluency in English is essential; French is a valuable advantage. Experience with Java, NodeJS, or React is welcome but not required.
