.NET Software Engineer at Accurate

We are looking for a Mid-Level .NET Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis in India. At Accurate Background, we help companies make smarter, unbiased hiring decisions by delivering trusted employment background screening and workforce monitoring services. In this role, you will contribute to building and improving the technology platform that supports our rapid growth and expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain service-oriented architecture platforms throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code while performing integration and unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data warehouse, and other development teams, as well as internal stakeholders and external customers, to deliver customer-centric solutions and support deployments across environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• At least three years of hands-on system development experience with .NET, C#, and the .NET Core Framework.
• Proficiency in building RESTful web services and working with JSON, XML, and XSL.
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, and Mongo databases.
• Strong front-end skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, the Angular SPA Framework, and NodeJS.
• Familiarity with modern web application technologies and frameworks; experience with Puppeteer is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of code build and deployment tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodeBuild.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies and software release processes.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
