Key outcomes

• Lead the design and delivery of .NET-based solutions that incorporate workflow automation to meet evolving business needs.
• Implement and manage workflow processes using Nintex Workflow or comparable workflow engines, ensuring reliable execution and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Guide development teams through the full lifecycle of solution implementation, maintaining high standards for code quality and project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units to align solutions with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of hands-on experience developing solutions with .NET technologies.
• Proven experience implementing workflow solutions using Nintex Workflow or an equivalent workflow engine.
• Strong background in business requirement collection and analysis, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to work full time on-site in Canada.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in asset management or financial services environments.
