You will join Electric Mind, a business and technology consulting firm with more than thirty years of delivery experience, as we continue to create practical, engineering-driven solutions for enterprise and consumer applications. Our teams work in a remote-first model that still values close collaboration, and we are looking for a senior .NET developer who wants to shape scalable systems while learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues across Canada.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable applications while estimating work, breaking tasks down, and prototyping solutions within an Agile team.
• Write clear, maintainable code that integrates smoothly into a shared codebase and collaborate daily with cross-functional teammates and client representatives to clarify requirements and deliver features.
• Explore and apply new technologies and processes, taking part in educational sessions, study groups, and hands-on R&D initiatives that keep the entire developer community at Electric Mind growing.

What you'll bring

You bring proven experience designing and building complex, highly scalable applications, along with fluency in modern .NET and significant hands-on work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong command of core computer-science concepts-algorithms, data structures, and design patterns-guides the well-crafted software you produce. You value disciplined engineering practices and have exposure to Agile approaches that include automated testing and continuous integration. Because our teams communicate in English, fluency in that language is essential. Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, relational or NoSQL databases, distributed computing, or automated build and deployment tools is viewed as a plus but is not required.
