.Net Backend Developer at ShareCompany

Atrea is seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET Developer to join our newly formed team in Iasi (Ro). In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the newly formed Developers team in Romania working in partnership with our team in Ukraine and Netherlands. You’ll work primarily with a .NET Core tech stack and other advanced technologies to deliver robust, scalable solutions. We offer a hybrid work model with a mix of remote and on-site work at our shared office space in Iasi.

Your Role

As a Backend Developer (.NET), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Atrea’s SaaS solutions. You will collaborate closely with our Tech Lead and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

You are someone who enjoys writing clean, efficient code, thrives on solving complex challenges, and is eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of both the product and the development process.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the .NET ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

• Maintain and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements.

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth system integration.

• Stay up to date with emerging .NET technologies, frameworks, and development trends.

• Contribute to improving internal development processes and team knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in backend development using C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API).

• Strong understanding of OOP principles, software architecture, and design patterns (e.g., layered, clean, hexagonal).

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and REST API development.

• Proficient with SQL Server or other relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Solid understanding of coding standards, version control (Git), and unit testing practices.

• Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

• Familiar with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, or React.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to work with technical documentation and maintain clear, structured code.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written).
