The role

We are looking for a Senior Native Developer to join us for a full time, on-site contract position. This role is initially set for a duration of six months, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and project needs. You will be based in India and must be comfortable working in a night shift capacity until your initial training period concludes. Once you have completed training, you will enjoy flexible working hours while maintaining a standard schedule of eight hours per day, five days a week.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and scale our Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance for our investment platform.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions for Data Integration, specifically focusing on the movement of information into and out of our ERP systems.
• Utilize Linux Shell Scripting and PL/SQL to streamline backend processes and support our Retail.net environment.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of professional experience in software development. We are looking for candidates who possess the following technical qualifications:

• Deep proficiency in Oracle database management and PL/SQL programming.
• Strong command of Linux Shell Scripting for system automation.
• Direct experience working with ERP systems and complex Data Integration workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
